Is bleeding from the gums associated with pradaxa?
whether bleeding from the gums is associated with taking pradaxa . I often have stained saliva after a night out, whether it's related to bleeding from the gums or maybe from the gastrointestinal tract. I have been taking pradaxa for 2 years before and after the ablation that I had done in February this year .bleeding from the gums sometimes appears, while saliva coloration is daily, I have a herniated solution of the esophagus

Nie można wykluczyć związku krwawienia ze stosowaniem leku Pradaxa. Krwawienie jest możliwym działaniem niepożądanym tego leku, które statystycznie może wystąpić z różną częstotliwością. Jeśli krwawi Pan z dziąseł należałoby jednak ocenić ich stan także od strony stomatologicznej. W przypadku podejrzenia krwawienia z przewodu pokarmowego, konieczna jest także ocena pod tym kątem.
Skoro krwawe podbarwienie występuje u Pana codziennie, to powinno to skłonić Pana do kontaktu z lekarzem. Przypuszczalnie wskazane będą badanie (np. poziomu hemoglobiny) czy poszukiwanie miejsca krwawienia.
