How do I stop using Pregabalin and start using Trittico?

Hello. Unfortunately, After 3 gygodniów use, I have to stop pregabalin due to palpitations. Is trittico interchangeably possible? Pregabalin I take 150mg per night- do I set it aside right away and take trittico or do I have to gradually stop pregabalin first?
