Does angina affect the coronavirus test?

Hi I have flu from Monday. On Tuesday I was at the doctor and assigned me an antibityk and today I feel good fever already I do not have a throat yet a little hurt but the antibiotic I have to take until Tuesday. and the outlet to Bulgaria I have on Fri July 30 and the test on covid I have to break around 29. And I have a question, if it's that I have angine in this week it has some meaning on the test on cvid next week?
