How long can gout symptoms persist if I take Milurit and have multiple kidney cystic effects?

Hello. 5 weeks ago I was woken up by a terrible pain in the toe and metatarsal in both feet. Studies have shown a significant increase in uric acid. I have been taking milurit 100 mg since then and i have hypertension and kidney polytorbiertosc and am taking medication for hypertension. Since then it feels better, I eat better little I smoke more I move even though the toe is still enlarged and slightly red and much softer to the touch. My question is how long will this condition remain? I would add that during these 5 weeks I ate several times wendline and pork chops and 2 beers during the match on tv
