Is it possible to combine Skudexa and Amitriptylinum VP drugs?

Nie odnajduję leku o nazwie Aminotryptylina VP. Jeśli chodzi o Amitriptylinum VP, proszę czytać dalej.

Jednoczesne stosowanie tramadolu - substancji czynnej leku Skudexa, który jest substratem izoenzymu CYP2D6 w wątrobie i trójpierścieniowych leków przeciwdepresyjnych, takich jak amitryptylina, zwiększa ryzyko wystąpienia napadów
drgawek i zespołu serotoninowego, polegającego na zbyt dużym wzroście stężenia serotoniny w mózgu. Niektóre z jego objawów to gorączka, pocenie się, zwiększona częstość akcji serca, biegunka, (niekontrolowane) skurcze mięśni, dreszcze, wzmożenie odruchów, niepokój, zmiany nastroju, utrata przytomności.

Ponadto takie skojarzenie może hamować metabolizm tramadolu do aktywnego metabolitu i tym samym zwiększać stężenie tramadolu, ewentualnie powodując toksyczność opioidów.
