Is the use of Nystatin 3 times a day not too much?

Hi, for three months I have been treating myself for oral thrush I took fluconazole medications. Prokit.nystatyne for brushing unfortunately no improvement. The second time Orungal and nystatin and still ringworm is doing well. Now I have Zirid . Mesopral 40mg and nystatins for brushing. 3 times a day . My question is whether 3 x a day is not too high dose per day?

Zgodnie z Kartą Charakterystyki Produktu leczniczego, w leczeniu grzybicy jamy ustnej należy stosować 1 ml leku 4 razy na dobę. Zawiesinę przed połknięciem należy
trzymać w ustach tak długo, jak to jest możliwe. Zatem dawkowanie 3 razy dziennie nie doprowadzi do przedawkowania tej substancji.
