Do niedawna zalecany był odstęp 14 dni ze względu na protokół kliniczny badań nad szczepionką oraz ryzyko nakładania się niepożądanych odczynów poszczepiennych. Obecnie złagodzono to stanowisko i inną szczepionkę można podać w dowolnym czasie od szczepionki przeciw COVID-19. Warto jednak pamiętać o możliwości gorszego samopoczucia po przyjęciu preparatu przy planowaniu wizyt szczepiennych.
