Is it possible to use Nipas on dry goiverness if I take Eliquis every day?

Hello. After tooth extraction, I treat a dry tooth. Recently, I got atrial fibrillation and after moderation with cardioversion I received home for a month eliquis drug. Due to the dry chive, I go to the dentist for rinsing and putting on the drug. Your dentist uses Nipas with acetylsalicylic acid (1 tablet) every other day. Is it possible to combine these drugs? The Eliquis leaflet says that acetylsalicylic acid must not be used. Of course, on every visit I tell the dentist that I use drugs for blood thinning. Yours Natalia.
