Is 60 mg of enoxaparin a suitable replacement for 20 mg of hinaroxaban?
I have two weeks before the C protein test go from Xarelto 20 tablets to neoparin 60 injections performed once a day. Then I go back to Xarelto because I have thrombophilia. I weigh 55 kg. Is this dose of Neoparin a suitable replacement in this case? At the beginning of treatment, another doctor told me to do two such injections per day.

Leki Xarelto i Neoparin nie są swoimi zamiennikami, zatem nie można przeliczyć jednoznacznie dawki rywaroksabanu na enoksaparynę.
Neoparin jest lekiem wydawanym na receptę, zatem jego dawkowanie ustala indywidualnie lekarz, biorąc pod uwagę szereg czynników. W przypadku wątpliwości dotyczących dawkowania należy rozwiewać je bezpośrednio w rozmowie z lekarzem, który je zalecił.
