Jak podaje producent - Zevesin należy stosować ostrożnie u pacjentów z refluksem żołądkowo-przełykowym lub jednocześnie stosujących leki mogące spowodować zapalenie przełyku lub je zaostrzyć (takie jak bisfosfoniany). Jeśli objawy refluksu nasilą się podczas terapii, należy poradzić się lekarza, być może będzie konieczna zmiana sposobu leczenia.
