Hello. For decades I have had palpitations, as if stumbling. It happens once a month sometimes once every six months. Propranolol 10mg has always helped me. For two weeks of palpitations I have every day, I took a dose of three brazy of 40 mg and there is no improvement. I did an ECG blood test and showed nothing. These knocks are most intensified after a hearty meal and began with intense cycling. Please help.
