Wszystko zależy od tego, jak długo była prowadzona terapia i czy podanie leku miało miejsce, np. po zabiegu chirurgicznym (wówczas z uwagi na inne podawane podczas zabiegu leku czas kiedy lek osiągnie maksymalne stężenie w osoczu może być różny).
Lek może utrzymywać się w organizmie nawet do 10 dni po odstawieniu.
