I asked in Krakow, in many pharmacies, including hospital, at work. Similarly, maybe it will be in 2023 and some pharmacies do not have info at all. There is a shortage of components of many drugs, e.g. Rulid with roxithromycin is unattainable and the replacement is rollicin (from another manufacturer).

I called again to the company in Poznan producing the real Tormentiol. He picks up a girl who has no idea what's going on in the company. He responds with generalities with the desire to end the conversation as soon as possible. He does not want to give either a reason for the interruption of production or a date for its resumption. Currently, an equivalent of Tormentiol from abroad would be useful. But how to track it by name and effectiveness?

Why does it take so long to do all this? A lot of people are waiting for this ointment and the date is constantly being postponed ... is it such a big problem these days????

Tormentalum in the composition does not have boric acid so the action will be ineffective.

I recommend Tormentalum, probably even gives better results than Tormentiol.

Until the production of the original Tormentiol resumes, it can be replaced by the Cinquefoil Complex Ointment. Very similar effects although the lack of borax is felt. However, it only works you need to lubricate more often.

Today I contacted the customer service office of Perrigo Poland Sp. z o.o. From the information I received, it appears that the drug is to be available only next year.

If the manufacturer has provided information about the shift, he should know the date of this shift. You did not ask what is the reason for stopping production? Maybe there is a German equivalent of Tormentiol, but as effective as ours, Polish ointment?

Today we received information from the manufacturer that the date of new deliveries of the drug has been postponed. Currently, a new date for Tormentiol's return to pharmacies is not yet known.

Hey Angelika. This Tormentiol in April is quite sure? You do not know if the composition will be the same? Could you find out from the manufacturer? Current replacements are useless. Something is missing in them and they do not have a healing effect on the skin.
