Is it possible to sing while using Cerazette?

Good morning. I have a question about cerazette. I take 4 pack and still have spotting.. They are not intense, but they are. At the third package there was even a few days of bleeding. Could it be that I'm going to be a bum all the time? For now, the doctor did not tell me to change the drug, but I am afraid that this spotting will not go away. Previously, I took two-component and also did not fit me, then diemono before 2 months, at which I was bleeding all the time and then the doctor prescribed me cerazette. I was hoping that it would finally normalize and here... I'm heartbroken because nothing helps me with irregular bleeding.
