When can I start using Feroplex and Floradix tonic after I stop taking Pylera? Can I follow a high-iron diet during treatment with Pylera?
Pyler and iron intake. In the leaflet of both iron and pyler's antibiotics it is written that not to combine these two specifics, because they (probably) weaken each other's action, I take pylera +mesopral+enteromax forte na h. pylori and gastritis, I also have microcytic anemic and hashimoto, so I feel incredibly sleepy, weakened and unable to think clearly and concentrate , and just now I have an active time in my life and I need to be focused and active, therefore, I would like to replenish iron deficiencies as soon as possible, I have prescribed the drug Feroplex and tonic Floradix and a supplement powdered liver from Argentine steers and do not know how much time after the end of treatment I can take these preparations with iron and whether during the course I can safely eat spinach , drink nettle, is it better to abstain?

Żelazo zmniejsza wchłanianie antybiotyku tetracykliny z preparatu Pylera. Stąd nie zaleca się stosowania preparatów z żelazem podczas kuracji antybiotykowej:

Bezpośrednio po zakończeniu kuracji może Pani zastosować preparaty typu Feroplex (zgodnie z zaleceniami lekarza) oraz Floradix.
Ze względu na to, że preparat Pylera zażywa się po posiłkach, zachęcam do ograniczenia zastosowania żelaza przez te kilka dni kuracji. W przypadku, gdyby Pani chciała spożywać posiłki bogate w żelazo to powinno się zachować odstęp minimum 2-godziny od danego posiłku a zastosowania leku, aby zapewnić odpowiednie działanie preparatu Pylera.
Jeżeli będzie Pani bardzo osłabiona, zachęcam do konsultacji z lekarzem prowadzącym.
