Can any of these medicines be discontinued while using Fokusin and Bactrimu if side effects occur?

The doctor prescribed me Fokusin as a diastolic drug for the night due to problems with the urinary system. I took only 3 tablets but every day after 12h after taking it gets strong convulsions, my pressure increases and I have palpitations. He also takes the antibiotic Bactrim at the same time and do not know which drug to discontinue. Please help

Podczas stosowania leku Fokusin może wystąpić kołatanie serca, natomiast drgawki to rzadkie działanie niepożądane leku Bactrim. W przypadku takich objawów warto skontaktować się z lekarzem. Być może będzie konieczność zmiany leku lub dawkowania. Nie należy przerywać leczenia bez konsultacji z lekarzem. Wyjątkiem jest wystąpienie wysypki skórnej lub ciężkich działań niepożądanych zagrażających życiu.
