Can I change the dosage of Prestilol 5 mg + 5 mg per half of the tablet? So far I have used Bisoratio 5 mg. After 2 days of using Prestilol 5 mg + 5 mg, my pressure dropped significantly from 140/90 to 130/65. This causes me headaches and malaise.
