Is there any other tretynoin-based ointment available in Poland?

Hi, is there any other ointment based on tretynoin in Poland? I'm trying to find some information about the availability of ointments such as Retin-A, Locacid, Atrederm unfortunately without skuteczie. The only equivalent I could find is Acnatac but it's a drug that combines 10 mg of clindamycin and 0.25 mg of tretinoin. Is it possible to find somewhere ointment based on tretynoin itself with a concentration of 0.05?
