Można stosować plaster rozgrzewający Czarci Pazur podczas przyjmowania leku Nalgesin.
Działanie rozgrzewające plastra jest miejscowe na skórę, kapsaicyna zawarta w plastrze nie będzie wchodziła w interakcję z Nalgesinem - lekiem przeciwbólowym i przeciwzapalnym.
