Should I change Ranloc to Texiba and why did the doctor recommend me such a change?

Which drug should I take texibax or ranloc, because I have both? About a year ago I took polprazole, now the doctor prescribed me texibax do not know why? I still have Ranloc. I don't know if Ranloc is less harmful?

Choć oba leku należą do tej samej grupy leków - IPP (inhibitory pompy protonowej), jeśli lekarz zalecił zmianę leku z Ranloc na Texibax należy postępować według zaleceń specjalisty.
Jak pokazują badania esomeprazol (substancja czynna leku Texibax) wykazuje wyraźną przewagę nad innymi IPP pod względem siły oddziaływania na wydzielanie kwasu solnego w żołądku. Esomeprazol utrzymuje odpowiednie pH w żołądku przez około 70% doby, to o nawet 4-6 godzin dłużej w porównaniu z pozostałymi IPP. Dodatkowo, istnieją również przesłanki, iż esomeprazol w przeciwieństwie do innych IPP może być stosowany doraźnie, "na żądanie".
