Is it possible for me to overdose on a probiotic or to work badly on me?
Recently, I started taking Sanprobi Stress regularly (1 tablet a day) because of the high stress I was going through and noticed a big change in my mood, but I am now more sleepy and often have a headache. Is it possible for me to overdose on this priobiotic or to act badly on me? Thanks in advance for your reply.

Sanprobi Stress to suplement diety, który zawiera bakterie probiotyczne, zasilające mikrobiotę (dobroczynne drobnoustroje bytujące w przewodzie poarmowym). Zastosowanie produktu opiera się na istnieniu osi mózg-jelito, której zaburzenia mogą wpływać na zaburzenia ogólnie rozumianego zdrowia i samopoczucia. Produkt ma w ten sposób wspierać układ nerwowy, ale nie można mu przypisywać właściwości leczenia chorób.
Probiotykoterapia jest uważana za postępowanie bezpieczne, niekiedy mogą pojawić się na początku stosowania biegunki czy zaparcia, gazy oraz wzdęcia. Zaburzenia stanu czuwania, koncentracji czy bóle głowy nie są opisane jako możliwe skutki uboczne Sanprobi Stress. Nie można jednak w mojej ocenie wykluczyć jakiegoś rodzaju negatywnych efektów, ponieważ takowe dla probiotyków ogólnie były opisywane.
Sanprobi Stress należy dawkować zgodnie z zaleceniami umieszczonymi na opakowaniu produktu - jest to jedna kapsułka dziennie. Nie doszło zatem w Pani przypadku do "przedawkowania" produktu.
