Tak, Flixonase może powodować suchość i podrażnienie błony śluzowej gardła. Jest to działanie niepożądane, które zaobserwowano u 1-10 osób na 100 pacjentów stosujących lek.

Opisany problem może wynikać z niewłaściwej aplikacji leku, związanej ze spływaniem produktu po tylnej ścianie gardła.
