Hyplafin jest odpowiednikiem leku Zasterid. Preparaty zawierają tę samą dawkę substancji czynnej (finasterydu) oraz jednakową formę (tabletki powlekane). Mogą być stosowane zamiennie.
Prawdopodobnie został Pan poinformowany w aptece o braku na stanie preparatu Zasterid i zamianie na lek Hyplafin. Preparaty nie powinny wykazywać znaczących różnic w działaniu. O tym, czym są zamienniki leków pisaliśmy w artykule:
