Nie odnajduję leków o nazwach "Neminerwin" i "Hydrocyzynium".

Jeśli przyjmowany przez Panią lek jest wydawanym z przepisu lekarza (na receptę), to decyzję o zamianie leku na inny, z inną substancją czynną, o innej sile działania musi podjąć lekarz, który ma możliwość oceny stanu zdrowia pacjenta.

Jeśli choroba pacjenta będzie wystarczająco kontrolowana przy pomocy innych, łatwiej dostępnych leków, to nie widzę przeciwwskazań, aby wybrać inny lek.

Należy jednak pamiętać, że farmaceuta nie może dokonać takiej zamiany, gdyż do jego kompetencji należy wyłącznie wydanie zamiennika, czyli leku z tą samą substancją czynną.
