For @Madzia: Amantadine may affect fertility during the course of treatment and also within a few days after the end of the treatment. The concentration of the drug in the blood decreases after about 50-155 h (which is individually determined). This means that probably after 7 days from the end of the treatment, the content of amantadine in the human body is not found.
What does it mean to say: planning a pregnancy? How long after discontinuation of amantadine can you make efforts?
