Does the use of EllaOne and Escapelle tablets in one cycle affect their effectiveness?
Hello! I have a problem that causes a lot of stress. 5.04 there was a relationship, after which the condom broke, but the boy did not end up in me (I realize that there are sperm in the preejaculated). According to the application, these were fertile days, ovulation was supposed to be 8.04 (I would add that the last period was 26.03-almost a week earlier than it should have been). After about 14 hours I took the tablet after (ellaone). Unfortunately 11.04 there was a similar situation, a cracked condom, endlessly in me. I know it's not responsible and having a huge impact on the body, but again I took the tablet after, this time escapelle. Was there a chance of fertilization? If ovulation was to be 8.04 then now it will be about 13.04 and I had time with the tablet after? Period I get about 23.04

Na podstawie informacji zawartych w treści pytania możne przypuszczać, że tabletka EllaOne została zastosowana przed owulacją, co pozwala przypuszczać, że jej zastosowanie było skuteczne. Nie można określić jednak, czy zastosowany octan uliprystalu (EllaOne) zahamował czy tylko opóźnił wystąpienie owulacji, a jeśli opóźnił, to o ile dni.
Z racji tego, że określenie terminu owulacji w opisanym przypadku nie jest możliwe, nie można stwierdzić, czy zastosowanie tabletki Escapelle było skuteczne. Dowiedziono bowiem, że zawarty w produkcie leczniczym Escaplle lewonorgestrel wykazuje skuteczność jedynie w sytuacji, gdy zostanie przyjęty przed owulacją.
Fakt, iż nie doszło do wytrysku wewnątrz pochwy zmniejsza, lecz nie wyklucza ryzyka zajścia w ciążę. Jeśli w dniu spodziewanej miesiączki nie wystąpi krwawienie, warto wykonać test ciążowy. Być może warto także rozważyć istotność stosowania tabletek antykoncepcyjnych w przyszłości.
