Good morning!biote mesopral 40mg and for the night Famogast, because I had helikobacter, erosions and hyperemic stomach.I still feel pains on the left side of the epigastric region is probably the duodenum, as I take Famogast is the pain passes .or so it can take a long time?? I have a question about vitamin B12 if I can take myself, terribly nerve I am, and I read that I should take with these diseases but I am not a doctor.malo I eat a month.i try not to eat fried I make myself fruit cocktails.apply to a diet easily digestible.pozdawiam.

Objawy bólowe mogą utrzymywać się jeszcze przez pewien czas po zakończeniu leczenia.
W kwestii suplementacji witaminy B12, biorąc pod uwagę, że Pani dieta uboga jest w mięso, będące głównym źródłem witaminy B12 w pożywieniu, a także fakt, iż przyjmuje Pani lek Mesopral, którego substancja czynna - ezomeprazol może upośledzać wchłanianie witaminy B12, uzupełnienie diety o tę witaminę, przynajmniej na czas przyjmowania Mesopralu, może pomóc uzupełnić niedobory bądź zapobiec ich wystąpieniu.
