If I have nausea, headache and drowsiness after taking two Telfexo 180 mg tablets, should I discontinue the medicine?

The dermatologist in the morning found urticaria on my face and on my hand. He saved Telfexo 180 2 x 2. I swallowed 2 tablets and have the following symptoms: nausea, headache, dizziness and drowsiness. Erythema decreased. Should I take a second dose or discontinue the medicine?

Proszę jeszcze raz skonsultować się z lekarzem odnośnie sposobu dawkowania - Telfexo przyjmuje się w schemacie 1 tabletka raz na dobę. Objawy mogły nastąpić w skutek przedawkowania substancji czynnej, co jednorazowo nie jest groźne, ale nie powinno być praktykowane.
