I mean, whether the same action have, because I take for 2 years, the lady in the pharmacy changed me because there was no drug, hence the question

Concor Cor 2,5 mg można zamienić na Bibloc 2,5 mg, gdyż są one swoimi odpowiednikami i mogą być wydawane z apteki zamiennie, ale czy "dobrze jest zamienić", to nie do końca rozumiem, co Pani ma na myśli.
