Standardowa dawka zolpidemu na dobę to 10 mg. Leczenie zwykle rozpoczyna się od dawki 5 mg (połowa tabletki).
Dawka 0,5 mg to połowa 1/10 tabletki, a więc połowa 1/10 najmniejszej zalecanej dawki, czyli niezwykle mało. Taka dawka najprawdopodobniej w ogóle nie zadziała i osobiście nigdy nie spotkałam się z zaleceniem, aby pacjent dzielił tabletkę zolpidemu na 10 części i zażywał tylko połowę jednej z nich.
Być może jednak zalecono Panu inną dawkę?
