Nie zaleca się jednoczesnego stosowania leków Clonazepamum TZF i Hydroxyzinum Espefa, bowiem nasilają one swój hamujący wpływ na ośrodkowy układ nerwowy.
W związku z tym, podczas przyjmowania tych leków, może dojść do nasilonych skutków ubocznych tj. nadmierna senność i uspokojenie, bezsenność, nerwowość, nadmierne pobudzenie, zaburzenia koncentracji, zaburzenia ruchowe, zaparcia, hipertermia (przegrzanie organizmu, udar cieplny), zatrzymanie moczu, suchość błon śluzowych.

Należy jednak pamiętać, że oba leki wydawane są z przepisu lekarza, zatem jeśli pacjent otrzymał informację, aby stosować równolegle oba leki, należy ściśle przestrzegać tych zaleceń.
