TAMIspras to lek zawierający w swoim składzie tamsulosynę, substancję czynną stosowaną w leczeniu łagodnego rozrostu prostaty. Jej działanie polega na interakcji leku z receptorami alfą, co bezpośrednio powoduje rozkurcz mięśni w samej prostacie i w moczowodach.
