Zaczęłam stosować plastry Systen, niestety w porównaniu z Oesclim są bardzo kiepskie w użytkowaniu. Jest to cienka folia, nieelastyczna, zwija się i odkleja już po kilku godzinach. Czy polecilibyście Państwo inny zamiennik Oesclimu, bardziej komfortowy i niezawodny?

Plastry Systen 50 oraz Oesclim 50 mimo różnej zawartości substancji czynnych, w ciągu doby uwalniają jej tę samą dawkę, a co za tym idzie są w aptekach wydawane zamiennie:
- jeden system transdermalny Oesclim 50 zawiera 10 mg Estradiolum hemihydricum (estradiolu półwodnego) i uwalnia 50 μg estradiolu w ciągu 24 godzin,
- plaster Systen 50 zawiera 3,2 mg estradiolu i uwalnia 50 μg estradiolu w ciągu 24 godzin.
Nadmiar substancji, która nie została uwolniona pozostaje w plastrze.
