Nie, Lorista nie może zastąpić Prestarium, bowiem leki te nie są swoimi odpowiednikami.

Lorista zawiera losartan, który prowadzi do rozkurczu naczyń krwionośnych i w ten sposób obniża ciśnienie tętnicze. Ponadto wpływa ochronnie na nerki i hamuje rozwój uszkodzeń związanych z cukrzycą czy nadciśnieniem:
