Dzień dobry,
Lek Xarelto jest lekiem oryginalnym, chronionym na dzień dzisiejszy patentem i w związku z tym nie ma jeszcze tańszych odpowiedników (ochorna patentowa będzie trwać przynajmniej do 2020r).

W terapi choroby zakrzepowo zatorowej stosowane są również inne leki, z inną substancją czynną. O wyborze najbardziej optymalnej terapi (również pod względem ekonomicznym) powinien Pan porozmawiać z lekarzem podczas wizyty.
