Desmoxan and Recigar are substitutes - they contain the same active substance (cytisine), in the same dosage and are characterized by the same dosage regimen and mechanism of action. Therefore, you can expect the same effects with Recigar as with Desmoxan in the past. The active ingredient of these drugs, cytisine, is characterized by a chemical structure similar to nicotine, which binds to nicotine receptors and reduces nicotine cravings. If the effect of treatment with the drug is not satisfactory, you can repeat it after 2-3 months. Zgodnie z informacją producenta, jeśli efekt kuracji lekiem Desmoxan nie jest zadowalający, można ją powtórzyć po 2-3 miesiącach.
Mam pytanie. Po kuracji desmoxanem wróciłem do palenia. Czy po miesiącu mogę spróbować jeszcze raz??

Preparaty Desmoxan i Recigar zawierają tą samą substancję czynną - cytyzynę, w tej samej dawce - 1,5 mg. Schemat dawkowania, mechanizm oraz efekt działania obu preparatów są analogiczne.
Cytyzyna, charakteryzująca się budową chemiczną podobną do zawartej w papierosach nikotyny, łącząc się z receptorami nikotynowymi i naśladując jej działanie, zmniejsza głód nikotynowy.
Można więc podejrzewać, że zastosowanie preparatu Recigar będzie miało taki sam skutek, jak przeprowadzona w przeszłości terapia lekiem Desmoxan.
