Zgodnie z informacjami zawartymi w ulotce leku Acard: "Najczęściej stosuje się 1 do 2 tabletek 75 mg lub 1 tabletkę 150 mg na dobę w czasie lub po posiłku. Tabletki należy połykać w całości popijając niewielką ilością wody." W związku z tym - tak, można wziąć dwie tabletki leku Acard.
