Tak, pobieranie wymazu z nosa wymazówką (patyczkiem do nosa) jest praktykowane także u bardzo małych dzieci, więc jak najbardziej w wieku 14 lat najprawdopodobniej wymaz zostanie pobrany z gardła lub z nosa, lub z jednego i drugiego za pomocą patyczka.

Proszę się nie bać - wymaz nie jest bolesny, ale dla wielu - po prostu nieprzyjemny.
