I have the same, only that I got nimesil (a similar drug to ketonal) and I still feel pain with the difference that I am able to function. I go to the gynecologist regularly, everything looks good on ultrasound, blood tests are also mostly correct, I do not have anemia. Do you know anything more what the reason might be with you?

Proszę udać się do lekarza rodzinnego lub ginekologa. Specjalista zleci Pani odpowiednie badania diagnostyczne i podpowie, czym mogą być wywołane aż tak silne ból miesiączkowe u Pani. Jeśli trwają one już kilka lat, a leki przeciwbólowe są nieskuteczne, nie powinna Pani zwlekać z wizytą.
