Są to dokładnie takie same preparaty.
Nazwa Betaloc ZOK jest znakiem towarowym zastrzeżonym dla leku zarejestrowanego przez firmy grupy Astra Zeneca. W roku 2017 firma Recordati nabyła prawa do oryginalnego leku wytwarzanego przez producenta - firmę Astra Zeneca.
