If someone does not have glaucoma, only increased intraocular pressure, can he use Monoprost drops?

If someone does not have clearly diagnosed glaucoma, but has specific beginnings of glaucoma and prescribed these drops. However, if it does not turn out to be glaucoma, can the drops harm my eyesight? I have high intraocular pressure, a bad field of vision and diverticulosis on the retina. I'm afraid it won't turn out to be glaucoma, but I was prescribed these drops. Can they damage me? In three weeks I'm in control.

Jak rozumiem chodzi o krople Monoprost? Monoprost zawiera latanoprost - substancję, która obniża ciśnienie w gałce ocznej. Lek jest stosowany zarówno w leczeniu jaskry, jak i w stanach nadciśnienia wewnątrzgałkowego. Obydwa stany związane są z podwyższonym ciśnieniem w gałce ocznej i mogą wpływać na jakość widzenia. Jeśli okulista przepisał Panu te krople, to należy mu zaufać. Mają one oszczędzić Pana wzrok, a nie zaszkodzić.
