Najprawdopodobniej nie, według mojej wiedzy żel Sachol jest dostępny tylko w Polsce. Można natomiast pytać bezpośrednio na miejscu, w lokalnej aptece o produkty zawierające w składzie Cholini salicylas + Cetalkonii chloridum. Są to nazwy międzynarodowe, będą zatem zrozumiałe dla personelu fachowego apteki także za granicą. Oczywiście należy zaznaczyć, że chodzi o żel stomatologiczny (do stosowania w jamie ustnej).
