In May, my doctor prescribed me zevesin 5mg half a tablet a day for my daughter at the age of 8 for an overactive bladder. Some time has passed and I don't see any improvement, daytime wetting still occurs. I don't know what to do, if I can stop taking medication so suddenly, I don't have a doctor's appointment until November. In addition, my daughter takes 1 tablet of Minirin Melt 240mg at night and it helps her because she doesn't get wet at night.

If you think that Zevesin is not working well enough in your child, talk to your doctor again. If the appointment is far away, you should consult your general practitioner (paediatrician). Therapy should not be discontinued on your own, as the reported symptoms of an overactive bladder may intensify.
You can also take advantage of a paid teleconsultation in Polish arranged e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

However, it should be remembered that the effect of Zevesin stabilizes up to 12 weeks after taking the first tablet, so the drug may be used for too short a time to observe the full effects. We wrote more in the opinion:
I attach a link to check the availability of Zevesin and make a reservation at the pharmacy of your choice:
