The dose of 1.5 mg for Rybelsus is the starting dose. According to the leaflet, after one month, the dose should be increased to 4 mg. If necessary, your doctor may increase the dose further.
The 1.5 mg dose is a dose in a new formula, with increased bioavailability, which replaced the previous starting dose (3 mg).
