I have a question about the storage of Reseligo 10.8 mg. The drug was purchased 3 months ago and is expected to be administered in July. We kept it in its original packaging, in a closed drawer in the coldest room in the apartment, but the air temperature exceeded 36-37 degrees. I don't know what it was like in that unopened drawer. If it was over 30 degrees, could the drug in the ampoule become toxic? Or lose your action? What to do in such a situation?

According to the manufacturer, Reseligo should be stored at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, in the original package, in order to protect from moisture.
Even if the air temperature in the apartment exceeded 30°C, it is not possible to clearly state what temperature was inside the closed drawer. The temperature in such a place does not have to correspond to the ambient temperature, so it is not known whether the storage temperature recommended by the manufacturer has actually been exceeded.
In this situation, it is unlikely that the medicine stored in its original packaging will be damaged. There is also no reason to assume that it has become toxic. However, it should be remembered that long-term storage of the drug at a temperature above 30°C may affect its stability and lead to a decrease in effectiveness.
In my opinion, there is no reason to worry at the moment. If the packaging has remained away from direct sunlight, the drug can be used in July and its effectiveness is maintained.
