Good morning, by mistake I bought a 1 mg pen but to start I have to inject 0.25mg. How much does each click correspond to in the 1 mg pen?

In the case of Ozempic, it is not safe to convert doses into "clicks" and should not be done.
The factory pen allows you to administer the drug in a certain dose. The manufacturer recommends that you use the doses for the Ozempic pen according to the labeling on the package. The 1 mg pen is designed to administer a fixed dose of 1 mg – in practice, it is not used to precisely set 0.25 mg. The 0.25 mg dose is the starting dose and is usually given from another pen (0.25/0.5 mg) that has an appropriate dosing mechanism.
According to unofficial sources, to administer a dose of 2.5 mg with a 1 mg pen, you need to subtract "18 clicks" in the pen window. However, as I have already mentioned - this is not an official recommendation, but a practice that works among patients. The manufacturer does not recommend such solutions.
Each pen is designed to deliver one full dose for precision and sterility. The safest thing to do is not to use this pen, but to contact your doctor to replace it with the correct starter pen.
If you should use a dose of 2.5 mg, you should buy exactly this package of Ozempic. I attach a link to check the availability of the drug and make a reservation in the selected pharmacy:
