There are no clinically relevant interactions between diosmin and vitamins C and D3. You can take both of these vitamins together with Diosminex or Diohespan Max. What's more, taking vitamin C is even advisable for vascular problems. As studies show, vitamin C is essential for the production of collagen, which strengthens the walls of blood vessels and helps maintain their elasticity. It also acts as an antioxidant, protecting vessels from damage caused by free radicals. It can reduce capillary fragility and support the proper functioning of the cardiovascular system – 75–90 mg of vitamin C per day is sufficient, but 200–500 mg is often used in supplements.

As for flaxseed – because it forms a protective barrier on the mucous membranes of the digestive tract, it can interfere with the absorption of other drugs or supplements. A 2-3 hour interval should be maintained between diosmin, vitamins C and D and seed.
