Good morning. By mistake 2.5 weeks ago I overdosed on Mounjaro instead of 2.5 I injected 10. Is it possible that the side effects persist (come on much milder) until now?

Yes, it is possible. Mounjaro has a long duration of action in the body (half-life of about 5 days), so when administered 10 mg instead of 2.5 mg, the drug remained in a higher concentration for several days, and the entire "excess" could affect the body for up to 2-3 weeks.
The most common symptoms after an overdose are gastrointestinal complaints (nausea, feeling full, slow digestion, belching, diarrhea or constipation), weakness and decreased appetite. Such symptoms may gradually subside, but in some people they last longer, especially if the digestive system is still "dysregulated" after a stronger dose.
If the symptoms are now mild and noticeably decreasing – this is a typical course. In the future, it is important that the return to the correct dose takes place after consultation with the doctor – there is no need to "correct" it yourself.
