Can I use Neurobion for cramps of the feet, legs and toes?
I use magnesium and potassium, but unfortunately they don't help.

Neurobion advance is used to treat vitamin B1, B6 and B12 deficiency (also as a prophylaxis). Deficiencies can manifest themselves as disorders such as neuropathic pain, numbness, tingling, etc. If the described ailments are accompanied by the symptoms mentioned above, you can try to use this drug, although it is worth doing blood tests beforehand to assess the level of ions and vitamin B12 in the blood. Patients who suffer from painful cramps very often take too small doses of magnesium. Treatment of deficiency should last 6-8 weeks, and the appropriate dose is about 400 mg of magnesium in 2 or 3 divided doses (e.g. with each meal). The use of certain medications (e.g. diuretics, furagina, steroids) can also cause increased excretion of magnesium from the body. Chronic leg cramps can also indicate venous insufficiency.
