1500mg in the evening.
Today I took a dose of 1500mg by mistake in the morning.
Whether to take 1250mg in the evening or 1500mg every day (as I wrote earlier in the evening)

The maximum dose of Levetiracetam is 3000 mg in two doses of 1500 mg administered 2 times a day. A single mistake of 250 mg is unlikely to cause a noticeable change. You can take 1250 mg to maintain the total dose you take throughout the day.
